By reducing dryness, these treatments can be used more consistently and with fewer side effects.

Improving hydration and barrier function may gradually reduce the frequency and severity of acne, but it does not act as a direct or immediate cure. Consistency in gentle skincare practices and balanced use of active ingredients is key to long-term results.
